When we start working together, most likely we’ll focus primarily on the “output” side of the equation. In other words, we start with establishing good, consistent habits around movement and exercise that will help you to burn more calories.

Once we’ve established that, it’s crucial that we take a look at how you are fueling your performance. For most people (myself included by the way), food is fun. I don’t want to take that away.

I do, however, want to contextualize how we look at food. It is fuel. In order to fully take advantage of all the exercise you are doing on your program, we’ll take a look at your nutrition routine. I’ll provide guidance and make sure that you are truly fueling your body for performance and to meet all of your fitness goals.
