One of the key predictors of a long healthspan, cardiovascular health is a key area to consider when it comes to overall good health. This is another key aspect that we will focus on throughout your program.

Frequently, when someone gets into cardio exercise, they push themselves too hard. This often leads to injury, giving up, and/or backsliding to where they started.

With this in mind, we’ll work together to program a cardio workload that is manageable and build on this little by little as we go along.
