Few simple steps then I’ll get you started on your custom program

Step 1:

I’ll share a google drive folder with you. You’ll fill out a liability waiver, and a PAR-Q form. The PAR-Q form (physical activity readiness questionnaire) takes about 20 minutes and gives me insights to your ability to take on a new fitness program.

Step 2:

I’ll review your PAR-Q then we’ll schedule a 20-30 minute phone call. This phone call will give me a chance to get to know you and what your fitness goals are. I’ll come away from it with a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go!

Step 3:

I’ll put together your first month’s program in your shared google drive folder. Here you can add in the weights you use and let me know how difficult the workout is. You’ll also get free access to the WORKOUT app by Muscle and Motion. This app will also have your workouts in it so you can get detailed info on each exercise and muscles you are using.

Step 4: We’ll schedule one more quick 10-20 minute phone call to go over your first workouts and how to navigate your way through the program. We’ll make sure you are comfortable and don’t have any more questions before you get going. From there you’ll be able to get started changing your life!
